Job Description
The Sales Supervisor for Online Platforms is responsible for driving sales performance, supervising a team of associates, and ensuring effective execution of strategies across e-commerce and digital platforms. The role ensures sales targets are achieved while maintaining strong customer engagement, efficient operations, and alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and lead the sales team handling online platforms (e.g., Facebook Page, TikTok Shop, & PPAY - Future LAZADA, SHOPEE and ZALORA ).
-Monitor daily sales performance, track KPIs, and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met.
-Implement promotional campaigns and sales strategies in coordination with Marketing.
-Oversee product listing accuracy, pricing, inventory availability, and online store performance.
