This full‑time on‑site role supports a variety of commercial and public sector clients and requires daily attendance at one of our Philippine contact center locations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Service Supervisor (Sales Supervisor), you will manage the day‑to‑day performance and development of 15–20 inbound agents, drive results, improve processes and ensure a high standard of service and sales performance. You will collaborate closely with the Call Center Operations Manager to align with company policies and goals.
