Sales Staff

Responsible for building and maintaining key customer relationships to drive sales growth for our steel products and services.

Detailed Responsibilities

• File and manage purchase order (PO) correspondence and sales related documents.
• Monitor client POs and PO balances to ensure accurate order processing.
• Assists Sales Executive/Team leader/Asst. Team Leader on sales related jobs such as following up customer forecast, updating ins and outs of raw materials and sample request, etc.
• Receives delivery instruction (D.10 for documentation to AS400).
• Verify and confirm prices and PO numbers for each client order, prepare Customer’s Delivery Request Form (CDRF), and submit it to planning section.
• Prepares delivery order, invoice and gate pass for approval of delivery.
