JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication as you identify and assess customers’ needs.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools provided
  • Determine customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Ensure customer commitments are met through the proper use of task/reminder tools
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Effectively leverage your ability to discount products with an eye to balancing profitability and top line revenue
