About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, commercially savvy Sales Specialist to lead, scale, and elevate our high-growth operations in Medellín, Colombia. In this role, you will bridge the gap between world-class customer support and revenue growth — managing daily operations, stepping in to close critical deals, and aggressively scaling the team. You will report directly to the CS Manager and collaborate closely with teams across our global offices in Dubai, Malaysia, Thailand, and Cyprus.
