Sales Specialist HVAC

Team Overview and Job responsibilities:We are looking for an HVAC Sales Specialist to join our team.Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, you will be responsible for sales in the HVAC business unit.Roles & Responsibilities:Deliver technical presentations to clients, demonstrating the value proposition of turnkey high-voltage system solutions;Act as the technical-commercial focal point for clients in the distribution, transmission, EPC, and data center markets;Manage the entire sales cycle, from opportunity identification through contract closure;Work in close collaboration with Engineering, Installation, Procurement, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance to ensure the best solution is delivered to the customer;Actively participate in tenders, bidding processes, and technical-commercial negotiations;Ensure achievement of sales targets, margins, and other key performance indicators;Serve as the “voice of the customer” within the organization;Build, organize, and maintain a structured sales pi...
