Dengage is a Customer Experience Data Platform (CXDP) and omnichannel marketing automation solution. We help brands unify customer data, generate actionable insights, and orchestrate personalized experiences across email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, push, web, and in-app channels. We serve enterprise clients across banking, telecom, retail, and the public sector in Europe, MENA, LATAM and South Asia, and we are growing fast. The Role You will be the technical backbone of our sales cycle. Working alongside Account Executives, you will own the technical win: discovery, solution design, demos, proofs of concept (PoCs), RFP responses, and security reviews. Our deals involve regulated enterprises with real integration complexity, including core banking systems, data warehouses, SMS aggregators, and strict compliance requirements.
