  • Serve as the technical point of contact for customer engagements, coordinating pre‑sales meetings and translating customer needs into clear solution strategies.
  • Design and deliver compelling solution demonstrations that connect technical capabilities to real business outcomes, communicating with clarity and confidence.
  • Present proposed solutions to key stakeholders, earning validation and buy‑in through a strong balance of technical depth and commercial awareness.
  • Partner with Global Services to ensure a seamless post‑sale transition, remaining actively engaged throughout the customer handoff.
