Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers in the F&B or BioPharma Sector, Singapore.
• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to reach potential customers in these sectors.
• Key account management including End Users, OEMs & System Integrators.
• Build long-term customer business relations right from concept phase and ensure product standardization at customer sites.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers in these sectors, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Attend industry events and exhibitions to showcase products and engage with potential customers.
• Provide technical expertise and assistance to customers, helping them to select the most suitable equipment for their specific applications.
