Executive assistant to General Manager Taiwan, supporting Executive meetings and sales management team in Taiwan

Role and responsibilities

Assist general manager and sales management team in a full spectrum of supports, including but not limited to:

  • Meeting planning and coordination

  • Agenda and event scheduling and preparation

  • Documents and files management

  • Travel planning and travel expenses

  • Handle various projects which are not limited to sales domain

  • Cross-departmental, functional, coordination

  • Act as first point of contact, receiving internal and external inquiries and guests, preparing visits or calls accordingly, and establishing/maintaining close contact to internal and external co-operation partners

  • Education and experience

    Bachelor above, at least 5-7 years...
