Coordinating Front Office by handling visitors, telephone calls, emails, messages, answering customer and sales queries.
Making travel bookings for sales associates (Hotels, flights, train, bus) and supporting with related documents.
Scheduling and Coordination: Organize meetings, appointments, and company travel; manage internal and external communications.
Follow up on Sales leads, talk to customers, assist sales associates in conversion of enquiry to sales orders.
Managing Office Vendors and supplies.
Handling sales orders by phone, email, assisting with quotes, proformas, vendor registrations.
Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements.
