Store Associate at Headstart

Headstart is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Store Associate to join our team! This position will be responsible for managing our store, as well as providing excellent customer service to all our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide sales and customer service to customers in the store


• Greet customers and offer assistance with their purchases


• Help to maintain a neat and organized store


• Keep store inventory accurately picked, packed and shipped


• Utilize a point-of-sale system to accept payments, manage discounts and refunds


• Recommend and upsell products to customers


• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
