Job Overview

TruGreen Canada is hiring a Full Time Sales Representative. The position offers a guaranteed hourly wage ( $760–$1750+ per week ) plus performance‑based bonus paid weekly. No experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Sells TruGreen programs and services to current and prospective customers within assigned territory.
• Conducts follow‑up of leads and customer retention/service calls by phone and in person to identify customer needs.
• Develops customized solutions based on customer needs using TruGreen’s lawn care product and service suite.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is considered an asset but not required.
• Criminal background check required prior to hire.
