Overview

TELUS Consumer Sales Representatives in Calgary, AB, are responsible for presenting TELUS products and services to potential clients within an assigned residential territory. The role involves direct door-to-door sales and event promotions, with preferred availability Mon-Fri, 11:00am-8:30pm approximately.

Responsibilities

  • TELUS product and service presentations to potential clients within an assigned residential territory (direct door-to-door sales)
  • Assessing the needs of both new and existing TELUS Home and Mobility account holders
  • Providing product and service recommendations to clients that best suit their individual needs and wants
  • Promoting TELUS Optik TV, High Speed Internet, Home Telephone, Mobility and Smart Home Security products and services to potential clients using various sales methods; direct door-to-door sales and event promotions
  • Following up on customer referrals
