Job Description

Responsibilities: -Make outbound calls promptly. -Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling. -Follow communication scripts for various topics and inquiries. -Understand customer needs, clarify details, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives. -Present and promote products or services to potential clients. -Build a strong business and customer relationships. -Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance targets. Qualifications: -Previous experience in customer support or sales is preferred but not required. -Good verbal communication skills and active listening ability. -Comfortable with using computers and software applications. -Customer-centric mindset with the ability to adapt to various personalities. -Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
