Your tasks

  • Client acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect, and generate new business leads for the agency.
  • Relationship building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with client hiring managers and HR departments.
  • Needs assessment: Understand client needs, such as job specifications, company culture, and specific staffing challenges.
  • Pitching services: Present and sell the agency’s staffing services and expertise as a solution to those needs.
  • Contract negotiation: Negotiate terms and close deals to secure new clients and contracts.
  • Market knowledge: Stay informed about the local job market, salary trends, and recruitment strategies to provide valuable insights to clients.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Literacy and passion to work (experience is a plus)
  • Fluent in English (Finnish language is a plus but not mandatory)
