Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google searches
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM for calling, emailing, follow-ups, and sales pipeline management
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and SMS outreach using RingCentral
  • Leverage Hunter.io for lead generation and email prospecting
  • Schedule meetings and demos via Calendly
  • Execute bulk email campaigns using mail merge tools
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales within an outsourcing or BPO industry
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot) and lead generation platforms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
