Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google searches
- Utilize HubSpot CRM for calling, emailing, follow-ups, and sales pipeline management
- Conduct outbound sales calls and SMS outreach using RingCentral
- Leverage Hunter.io for lead generation and email prospecting
- Schedule meetings and demos via Calendly
- Execute bulk email campaigns using mail merge tools
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales within an outsourcing or BPO industry
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot) and lead generation platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
