Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with dealership staff, management, and key stakeholders to promote trust and mutual business growth.
  • Sales Execution Promote and sell insurance products (including motor, short-term, and value-added services) through dealership channels, achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Client Visits & Field Work Conduct regular on-site visits to assigned dealerships to provide training, sales support, product updates, and performance reviews.
  • Training & Support Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for dealer staff on insurance products, compliance processes, and quoting systems.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion Work closely with dealer teams to generate qualified insurance leads and convert them into policies through follow-ups and client engagement.
