Sales Representative

We are seeking a result driven Inside Outbound Sales Calls. to join our team. This is not a passive support role; it is a dynamic sales position where you will own the customer journey from inquiry to close. You will be responsible for working our large database of leads.

You goal is to convert set up up appointments, , and managing a pipeline of leads.

You are required to have 10-20 conversations daily and schdule 1-2 appointments for the team leader for real estate clients for buying and selling.

• Respond to leads instantly, track all opportunities, and ruthlessly follow up to maximize conversion rates.
• Proactively follow up on open quotes and inactive leads to maximize conversion.
• Maintain an accurate, well-managed sales pipeline in LOFTY CRM.
