Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, managing customer accounts, and converting packaging requirements into profitable, technically feasible print solutions. This role bridges customer needs, production capability, and color/quality standards, ensuring long-term partnerships and sustainable growth.

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and develop new customers for both domestic and export packaging.
• Prospect trading companies, brand owners, and converters requiring folding cartons, rigid boxes, laminated corrugated packaging, and displays.
• Prepare quotations in coordination with prepress, production, and costing teams.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, margin targets, and customer growth KPIs.
• Conduct sales presentations highlighting quality, color consistency, certifications, and machinery strength.

Act as the primary point of contact from inquiry to order fulfillment.
