- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting products or services, and meeting sales targets.
- Managing the Pipedrive (Employer CRM System).
- Conducting a live and virtual demo meeting with the client.
- Follow up on the status of the deal of the client.
- Assist walk-in clients.
- Generate leads through outsourcing on social media, cold calls, and/or in person.
- Attend to client concerns.
- Other tasks to assign by the employer.
Qualifications:
- Communication, Client-facing and Customer Service skills
- Proficient in speaking and writing in English and Tagalog
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- At least 1 year Sales experience.
