Sales Representative

Location & Hours:

• Schedule: During the probationary period, the employee will work 6 days a week with one rest day on a weekday. Upon regularization, the schedule will shift to 5 working days, with rest days on one weekend day and one weekday.
• Based in our mall branches and following mall hours (Power Plant Mall, Shangrila Plaza Mall, Greenbelt Mall, Uptown BGC).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Salary: 22-30k + commissions

• Sales achievement: Meet or exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction objectives by helping build productive workflows within the team and taking ownership of the overall store performance
• Consumer experience: Deliver an exceptional retail store experience by assessing consumers’ perceptions and challenges, providing expert guidance on products and solutions that fit their needs, and processing accurate sales transactions
