Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point-of-contact for in-store customers, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Drive sales through knowledgeable communication about products and services.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all inventory to answer customer inquiries and make recommendations.
  • Support daily store operations, including inventory management and ensuring store cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with the MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. team to meet targets and contribute to recruitment industry insights.

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree minimum; further education in sales/marketing is a plus.
