Key Responsibilities ● Attend walk-in customers and sales inquiries professionally. ● Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable sofas and other furniture products. ● Guide customers regarding sofa designs, fabrics, comfort, customization options, and pricing. ● Possess sound knowledge of: ● Sofa fabrics and upholstery materials ● Sofa construction and manufacturing process ● Different types of wood and their applications in furniture ● Prepare quotations and convert inquiries into sales. ● Coordinate with manufacturers after order confirmation to ensure products are manufactured as per customer specifications. ● Monitor order progress and ensure timely production and delivery. ● Conduct quality checks before dispatch to ensure the finished product meets company standards. ● Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules. ● Follow up after delivery to collect customer feedback and resolve any complaints or service issues promptly. ● Ensure all payments are collec...
