role will be responsible for managing of key accounts for hotels, restaurants
and other channels that may be assigned by maintaining a long-term relationship
with accounts and maximising sales opportunities within them.
Responsibilities
•Developing and managing a portfolio of accounts.•Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying new customers.
•Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-selling and cross-selling potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
•Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
•Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
•Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
•Develop new and fresh strategies to respond to high-volume client concerns and meet budget guidelines.
