Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads (mall tenants, franchise owners, commercial clients)
• Conduct client meetings and project presentations
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with the technical team
• Negotiate contracts and close sales
• Build long-term client relationships
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
