Mastery of product knowledge under your responsibility
Implement the company's sales model
Ensure quotas are met for assigned products
Analyze your territory using various audits (ATV, Close Up) to establish a SMART action plan to help you achieve your results
Meet sales force metrics such as:
Daily visit target (9 doctors and 3 pharmacies per day)
Delivery of medical samples to audited doctors at 70%
Daily synchronization of the Sfnet CRM system
Obtain knowledge certifications above 90%
Develop sales skills
Ensure the inclusion of potential doctors in your database to guarantee coverage of at least 70% of prescriptions in each market
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's degree completed, intern or graduate with professional license
Initiative, Teamwork, Integrity, Service attitude, Results-oriented, Effective communication
