Sales Representative [IS]

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and onboard new pharmaceutical customers (manufacturers, exporters, importers, distributors)
• Develop business opportunities in temperature‑controlled logistics
• Understand Pharma customers’ supply chain challenges, compliance needs, and risk sensitivities
• Engage with customer stakeholders including Supply Chain, QA/Regulatory, Procurement, and Commercial teams
• Lead RFQs, tenders, solution proposals, and contract discussions
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Customer Service, Cold Chain, and Product teams to ensure solution feasibility
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and maintain Sales force
• Achieve agreed volume, revenue, and growth targets for Pharma, Proteins and cold chain business
• Convert customer needs into Maersk end‑to‑end solutions (Ocean Reefer, cold chain, inland logistics, warehousing, visibility)
