Evolution Cycles is looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Assistant for a full or a part time position to join our team. You will help customers choose the right bikes, accessories and hire options, while supporting the day-to-day running of the store. This role combines customer service, sales and basic administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with bike and accessory sale and hire
- Processing bookings, sales and payments
- Responding to phone and email enquiries
- Maintaining product displays and shop presentation
- Supporting stock control and basic administration
- Delivering excellent customer service
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, organised and reliable
- Retail or sales experience
- Interest in cycling is an advantage
