- To manage existing customers and develop new customers by providing consultation
- To respond to customer inquiries and develop service proposals related to pest control services
- To coordinate with operational teams to assess pest issues and present service solutions
- To apply knowledge of insect behavior and life cycles to analyze pest problems at customer sites
- To recommend appropriate pest prevention and control methods based on site conditions
- To propose and sell pest control and hygiene-related services suitable for customer needs
- To prepare service proposals and quotations related to pest control services
- To follow up with customers and coordinate with the Support team - To ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
- To coordinate sales documentation and handover to related departments
- To support market expansion and achieve assigned sales targets.
