Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Engagement: Greet and assist customers, provide recommendations on bakery products, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge & Promotion: Maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery offerings, including ingredients and daily specials, to effectively upsell and promote products.
• Inventory Management & Restocking: Monitor product levels, assist with inventory control, and ensure the display is well-stocked and visually appealing throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Customer-Focused: Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a friendly, approachable manner.
• Basic Sales Experience: Prior experience in retail or foodservice sales is preferred, with the ability to handle cash transactions and operate a register.
