We are a growing IT software development company specializing in web, mobile, and AI solutions. As we scale our marketing efforts, we're looking for a strong Sales Representative who can conduct client interviews and help convert qualified leads into projects.
Responsibilities:
- Join discovery calls with potential clients
- Ask structured questions to understand business needs
- Present our services clearly and confidently
- Help position technical solutions in business terms
- Follow up and assist in closing deals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (IT or software services preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Comfortable speaking with startup founders and business owners
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value
This is a remote role with flexible structure. Compensation can include base + commission or commission-based depending on experience.
