Winterhalter Australia – NSW Sales Representative
Location / Territory:
- Based around NSW & ACT (Wollongong → Newcastle → Wagga)
- Head office in Glendenning, NSW
- Mainly field-based; some WFH and office days as needed
Salary & Package:
- $80,000–$100,000 + super
- Car allowance: $10,000
- Commission likely deferred 6–12 months
Team & Support:
- Work alongside high-performing rep James Dub (7 years with Winterhalter)
- Hands-on training and mentoring included
- Report to NSW Sales Manager
Role Focus:
- 100% dealer-focused
- Strengthen and grow dealer network
- Occasional cold calls to end-users
- On-site product demos and technical support
- Maintain strong relationships and account management
