About the role 

Sales Rep will be responsible for connecting with prospective students who have expressed interest in the AI Career Accelerator or Career Booster programs, answering last-minute questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

You'll join a fast-moving, high-conversion environment where marketing has already generated demand. Your job is to close deals and ensure every lead feels personally supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, DMs, or scheduled consults with warm leads who've opted in via LinkedIn messaging, workshops, or email campaigns.
  • Listen, ask clarifying questions, and help prospects overcome objections (price, time, value, fit).
  • Follow up with engaged leads by email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn.
  • Update CRM (HubSpot/SBL) with call notes, outcomes, and next steps.
