As a Sales Program Manager, you will define clear program objectives and deliver sales and operational solutions to internal and external stakeholders.

 

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic planning timelines, program deliverables, and performance expectations.
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews, including to senior and C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Identify and execute strategic initiatives to expand the program and adapt to market and client needs.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive new customer acquisition and expand the existing customer base.
  • Coach and mentor team members through structured performance management, training, and development plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, Business Intelligence, Talent Solutions, Talent Acquisition, and other key teams.
