This position has responsibilty to lead strategic transformation initiatives that enhance organizational agility, operational efficiency, and sales effectiveness. 1. Manage transformation strategy and execution

2. Manage change management process in sales function

4. Provide reporting to track and monitor project management strategy implementation

Requirements

1. Working experience for min 5 years, preferably in financial institution
