About The Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, Sales, Ontario, the Sales Performance Analyst, Eastern Canada, serves as a core member of the Sales Team, with a dotted‑line reporting relationship to the Commercial Performance team. The role drives efficiency and collaboration, supports the implementation of sales tools, initiatives, oversees the deployment of marketing materials, acts as the gatekeeper for pricing, and coordinates sales meetings and customer events. The incumbent provides inside sales support to the district sales team, conducts analysis of key business factors to support data‑driven decision‑making and strategy development, and works closely with other Cement functions — including Manufacturing, Logisti...
