Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional facial treatments, skincare services, and other beauty treatments according to company SOPs.
- Conduct skin analysis and understand customers’ concerns and beauty goals.
- Provide personalized treatment recommendations and explain treatment benefits and procedures.
- Follow up with customers on treatment progress and satisfaction.
- Recommend suitable treatment packages, memberships, and retail products.
- Convert consultations into sales and maintain a high conversion rate.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits, retention, and referrals.
Requirements:
- Candidates with relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills are welcome to apply
- Possession of a Professional Certificate / NiTEC / CIBTAC / ITEC in Beauty and Skincare is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience
