Job Title: Sales Order Processing Administrator
Dept: NI Sales Team
Report to: NI Sales Manager
Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years work experience in an office environment, preferably production based.
- Strong administrative background, ideally in order processing, customer service, or sales support.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Experience working with logistics or supply chain teams is an advantage.
- Good ability to work with others and a positive attitude.
