We are currently looking for an Order Management Specialist (Order-to-Cash) to ensure the end-to-end management of sales orders — from order entry through billing activation — guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the commercial process.

This role plays a key part in enabling a smooth integration between Sales, Delivery, Operations, and Billing, while relieving the commercial team from administrative workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales orders in Siebel, ensuring full compliance with contracts and internal clean order policies.

• Validate commercial and technical data prior to order processing.

• Manage order activation and billing control for active orders.

• Resolve pending issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
