We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Sales Order Coordinator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate Sales Orders (SO) using our oracle-based system while ensuring compliance with financial standards and internal policies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process Sales Orders (SO) in our Oracle-based ERP system
• Ensure all SOs comply with financial standards and company policies
• Coordinate with the Sales and Finance teams for order accuracy and approvals
• Maintain proper documentation and system records
• Support reconciliation and reporting tasks as needed
