Our client produces various household electrical appliances (except the type of production of electric heating).

They're seeking a Sales Order Center - Export to join their growing team.

Description
  • Proceeding with sales order operation of Export channel for business units (i.e. verify customer PO, create Sales Order, delivery order, simulate shipment volume (CBM, #containers), booking export shipments).
  • Monitoring product availability, allocating sales, and releasing delivery orders following standard SCM.
  • Ensuring tasks are done timely.
  • Ensuring sales order processing comply with company guideline.
  • Managing an outstanding sales order to comply with company guidelines e.g. delivery rescheduling, aging sales order.
  • Coordinating with cross-functions e.g. Sales & Marketing, A/R, SCM, Logistics & warehouse, and Indochina branch offices.
