Job Description

Provide operational support to the Enterprise Sales Sales Operations department. In this role, 60% of your time will be focused on sales operations support and 40% of your time will be focused on general administration support.

Sales Operations Support Functions 

  • Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information

  • Assist with Salesforce and Tableau reports and charts for operations reviews and pipeline reviews as needed by the Sales Operations team.

  • Assist with the preparation of weekly reports as well as communications and presentations.

  • Assist preparation and delivery of metrics reporting; collaborate with Operations team to validate and support monthly KPIs

  • Support ad-hoc projects and reporting as requested needed 

  • Assist with internal metric reports from sales tools and issuing to appropriate personnel.
