Job Overview: We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive communicator with a background in Call Centers or BPO to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for potential students, guiding them through our course offerings, assisting with technical registration, and ensuring successful payment verification (PoP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Manage inbound/outbound calls and messages to convert inquiries into active students.
- Enrollment Guidance: Walk students through the online registration portal and troubleshoot any technical hurdles.
- Payment Verification: Collect and verify Proof of Payments (PoP) to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Relationship Management: Act as a bridge between the sales team and Cluster Managers to ensure student success.
