Key responsibilities :
Manage the entire sales cycle :
- Applies administrative procedures for order processing in accordance with internal processes in order to contribute to the compliant execution of sales operations.
- Enters and tracks customer orders, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the data entered in order to guarantee sales compliance.
- Manages customer claims and complaints related to orders entered and invoiced in order to build customer loyalty and ensure their satisfaction
- Prepare sales contracts in accordance with current templates and procedures to ensure contractual compliance.
Planning :
- Develop monthly procurement plans based on sales forecasts
- Track and update purchase order availability dates in SAP to ensure reliable supply.
- Adjust plans according to changes in demand and constraints.
