The Sales Operations & E-Commerce Executive plays a key role in driving business growth through hands-on management of Shopify and Amazon marketplaces, sales operations, and business development execution. This role combines merchant operations, sales planning, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure strong marketplace performance and sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations (Shopify & Amazon)

• Manage end-to-end merchant operations on Shopify and Amazon
• Handle marketplace disputes, chargebacks, compliance, and account health
• Manage product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and catalog optimization
• Coordinate fulfillment, returns, replacements, and logistics concerns
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational guidelines
