Job Overview
Drives and implements the sales operations infrastructure across a large market or sales operation specialty(s) across a large region. This role is essential for enhancing and creating scalable forecasting and modeling framework to advance data-driven forecasting initiatives. Collaborates with teams to ensure CRM data accuracy, provide insightful reports for business decisions, own the forecasting process and revenue management, assist with sales incentives, and support implementation of any operational initiatives and special projects.

Essential Functions
• Drives and leads the effective implementation of sales operations initiatives such as opportunity management tracking and forecasting, customer relationship management, customer satisfaction programme, sales training/development and infrastructure projects.
