Job Description
We are working with one of the leaders in their field to assist them in the search for an inspirational Contact Centre Senior Operational Manager who has a demonstrable background in leading Customer Contact operations. You must have experience working within Retentions or Sales.
Location: Durban, SA
Working Hours: EST (4pm - 1am SA time)
Essential background: Contact Centre leadership and experience in the leadership of Retentions/Cancellations teams.
Monthly salary: ,000 ZAR + monthly bonus + bens
