Responsibilities
- Conduct competitor analysis and review their products
- Mystery shopper / Ghost Calling competitors' updated products and services
- Create a master file of competitor analysis and provide a visual representation of their unique selling points
- Help in sourcing leads for new business development
- Achieve customer satisfaction through direct interaction with clients if needed
- Support other Sales and account management initiatives/projects i.e (campaigns)
- MS Word proficient especially Powerpoint and Excel (advanced knowledge)
- Organized and is keen to details
- A good communicator and can work under pressure
- Desire to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
