Role Overview
The Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer invoices, sales orders, and related documentation through SAP. The role requires close coordination with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless order-to-cash operations and efficient customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and process customer invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and other billing documents accurately and on time.
• Create, verify, and maintain Sales Orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product details, taxes, and customer information.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and invoicing of customer orders.
• Generate and maintain billing records, reports, and transaction documentation in SAP.
